A cozy, high-standard apartment in a modern classical style, located in a historic tenement building complex dating back to 1936. Situated on the 2nd floor of a newly built rear wing of the building. Guests have access to a beautiful rooftop garden with a table and sun loungers – entrance on the 5th floor.

The apartment is located in the very heart of historic Warsaw, an area that survived World War II. Nearby you will find the Koneser Praga Center (750 meters), Praga Centrum concert hall (850 meters), the Kawęczyńska Basilica, and the international railway station Warszawa Wschodnia. It is also close to the Old Town, National Stadium, and the Copernicus Science Centre.

The property is within easy reach of a tram terminus with direct connections to the Old Town and the city center. Two metro stations are also nearby: Szwedzka (950 meters) and Dworzec Wileński.
